Thank you for supporting my writing. I want you to be glad you bought from me, so here is how refunds work for each kind of purchase.
Printable journals and other digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered right away and can’t be returned, these sales are generally final. I’ll gladly make it right, though, in any of these cases:
- The file won’t download or open. Contact me and I’ll send you a working copy. If I can’t fix it, I’ll refund you in full.
- You were charged twice or bought the same item by mistake. I’ll refund the extra purchase.
- The file isn’t what was described. Contact me within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Parish and group licenses
If your parish or group decides not to use the journal, contact me within 7 days of paying your invoice. As long as copies haven’t been printed or shared yet, I’ll refund the license in full.
Paperback books
Paperback books such as Naturally Supernatural Grace are sold and shipped by Amazon. Amazon purchases follow Amazon’s return policy. Please start a return through your Amazon account.
How to request a refund
Contact me with your name, the email address you used to order, and what you purchased. I’ll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few business days to show it.
